Refund Policy

Requests for showtime cancellations are facilitated by emailing tickets@cayplex.com with your order confirmation number and valid Government issued photo ID. Cancellations are required to be submitted at least an hour before the show time.

Requests for showtime or movie change are facilitated by emailing tickets@cayplex.com at-least an hour before the show time or at the box office. You must arrive at no later than 15 minutes after show start time to be eligible for a showtime change. Showtime changes can only be facilitated if the new proposed show time has availability.

A request for a refund can be made by contacting us via email at tickets@cayplex.com.
When requesting a refund via email, the customer is required to provide the relevant invoice or reference number, date of the transaction, proof of payment and reason for the refund request. All requests must be made at-least 1 hour prior to the scheduled showtime in which the ticket was purchased for.

If the refund request is approved, payment will be made within 7-10 business days. The customer can elect to have payment made via wire transfer by providing the necessary bank details. If the refund request is not approved, the payment will be displayed as a credit on the respective account.
