Phase 1
Cayplex Entertainment will roll-out in multiple phases as part of our development plan.
Multi-Screen Movie Theater
Cayplex Entertainment will be a modern movie theater experience two (2) large screens and up to 150 total seating capacity, with VIP & general audience ticket options, showing the latest film releases. Our VIP seating section will offer the best view of the movie, ensuring you won’t miss a single scene. Customer experience concierges will be there to serve you at the touch of a button throughout the show, bringing your favorite snacks and drinks right to your seat and providing cozy blankets to keep you warm on chilly nights. You’ll enjoy an unforgettable cinema experience while watching the latest film releases with the highest level of comfort and service.
Phase 2
The second phase of Cayplex Entertainment will house our movie theater, bowling alley and restaurant in our comfortable 10-foot elevated facility.
Two Screen Movie Theater
The Cayplex Movie Theater will provide the residents of Grand Bahama with a modern, state-of-the-art movie theatre with first-class amenities and access to the latest film releases.
At opening of Phase 2, Cayplex will have multiple screens in which to show movies, so that all markets can be targeted at the same time with minimal reduction in sales volume.
Standard Theaters
CayPlex will provide comfortable seating for its customers to view premium quality, newly released movies in Digital 3D & 4K. We will have multiple theaters dedicated to the highest quality cinema content.
Multipurpose Theater
A major part of our offerings will include a large seating capacity multipurpose theater room with a conference hall that can be interchangeable from showing movies into hosting live events, conferences, meetings and productions.
Boutique Bowling Alley
The Cayplex Bowling Alley will provide wholesome, enjoyable competitiveness in a sport that anyone can enjoy. At opening, the bowing alley will have six (6) computerized bowling lanes using the latest technology.
The bowling business is family entertainment. This is a sport that all ages can participate in and enjoy as individuals or in groups. It is where parents take children, or grandparents take grandchildren of all ages to have a bonding outing. The new computer technology enables anyone to experience the excitement of the sport without having to know how to keep score, because it is done automatically by the computer and displayed on a monitor.
Food & Beverage
Boutique Restaurant
Cayplex’s boutique restaurant & bar will provide a unique and comfortable dining experience coupled with unobstructed rooftop views. Using well-trained staff and quality ingredients, our restaurant will be an experience that families, professionals, couples and individual diners can enjoy no matter the occasion. Our restaurant will serve single course meals that range uniquely Bahamian and artisanal cuisine, culinary seafood favorites and popular finger-foods. Alcohol will be served only on this side of the business. The setup will consist of modern, comfortable lounge furniture in a neutral ambiance mixed with traditional restaurant tables and chairs, and a high-bar with televisions.
Concessions Counter
At our movie theater’s concessions counter, we’ll provide a variety of quality, reasonably priced concession snack items and beverages will keep customers satisfied during their movie experience. The business will sell items such as: popcorn, sodas, candies, hotdogs, nachos, pizzas, finger foods and other food products that are commonly served at movie theaters.
Digital Subscription Memberships
Subscription-based memberships will also be sold to customers, under the product brand “Plex Pass”, offering a low monthly rate that automatically charges their credit or debit cards monthly, in exchange for attractive, premium benefits offered at Cayplex.
